At AIMI Living, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Please review the terms below carefully.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours prior to arrival:
  Free cancellation.

• Less than 24 hours prior to arrival:
  The full cost of the reservation will be charged.

• No-Show Policy:
  In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full cost of the reservation will be charged to the payment method on file.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Reservations booked under a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled for a refund.

• The total reservation amount may be charged at the time of booking.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

Special Offer & Discounted Rates

From time to time, AIMI Living may offer promotional, discounted, or special rates.

• Certain special rate bookings are strictly non-refundable.

• In some circumstances, guests may request a date amendment instead of cancellation.

• Date changes are subject to availability.

• Where reasonably possible, we will endeavour to honour the original booking rate; however, this cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on seasonal pricing and availability.

• Management reserves the right to determine eligibility for amendments on a case-by-case basis.

Group Bookings

Group bookings are subject to separate terms outlined within the group agreement.

• Cancellation periods may vary depending on the booking size and duration.

• Typically, cancellations must be made between 14–30 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.

Reservation Modifications

• All booking modifications are subject to availability and applicable rate changes.

• Date changes requested within the cancellation period may still incur charges.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, transport disruption, or unforeseen emergencies, cancellation fees may be waived at management’s discretion.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be made through the same booking channel used to make the reservation (for example: direct website booking, online travel agency, or travel agent).
